Dear Community,
I’d like to present YOU my New Optionfile for a PES2009!
I Wasted hours and days by doing that. And thats it finally. Lot of work on my own. I hope you like it. I reached my aim:
ADDING THE FULL BUNDESLIGA.
This the first, and only Optionfile in the WORLD with a complete First German Bundesliga. It’s all my Own Work (some things look at Credits)

Features:
- Non Capslocked!: Names, Teamnames, Leagues and Cups!
- Bundesliga: All Teams included (Faces, Stats, Kits…)
- U21/U23 Squads replaing Classic Teams
- Kits and Badges: for EPL, La Liga and the Two New Teams
- ALL Champions League Teams
- All Missing Transfers done. (Everywhere)
- All Nationalkits.(+Logos and Sponsors)
- Created Missing Players
- Corrected Fake Player Names. (+ Classics)
- !No! Duplicates
- Fixed Mistakes posted in my Threads
- PES-Shop unlocked.
- CSKA Moscow, Aris Salonika, FC Sâo Paulo
- Better GKs, Better Control, Better Headings, Improved Stamina

[PS2] & [PSP] JoeH’s PES 2009 Option File – V3.6 (inc. CL & UEFA Cup)

New in V3.6:

-Re-instated Boca Juniors, River Plate and Internacional.
-All new transfers such as Defoe, Etherington, Rodallega and more.
-Completed Liverpool appearences and stats meaning the England League is now 100% complete.
-Moved Hamburg, Schalke and Wolfsburg to replace Heracles, Willem and Utrect.
-Won all cups and England League and International League trophies.
-Added all accents for England League teams
-Made sure all squad numbers are correct such as Glauber and Kaboul which were wrong etc.
-More missing players such as Lee Martin and Anthony McMahon etc.

And more…

The things I have edited as a continuation of Smoki’s OF are:

-More special hairstyles than any other PS2 option file. Such as Robinho longer on top than around the sides, Pienaar/R. Gardner dreadlocks and much, much more.
-Great stats update so you can enjoy the here and now, as well as the master league experience.
-Revised PL names, so they are shorter. (e.g. Cesc Fabregas is now Fabregas etc.)
-Revised many commentary call names.
-Revised team names to make them shorter. Don’t see the point in lengthy team names, so now (e.g.) Glasgow Celtic is now Celtic etc.
-Completely revised the boots so they go with my old OF.
-Shop fully unlocked, including on PSP version.
-Fully updated 19 PL teams complete with new players, full physique/face/accessories updates as well as stats revamp for realism. Still a work in progress though.
-More high quality emblems. Replaced Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Tottenham, Newcastle, Aston Villa and more.
-Revised stadium, league and cup names.
-Re-assigned loads of stadiums for teams for realism. This is for all leagues.
-Some new transfers done like Wayne Bridge signing for Manchester City, Ben Sahar joining De Graafschap on loan and Zoran Tosic signing for Manchester United.

This is a base on Smoki’s great V2.5 Option File. Most of the work is his. This also contains the brand new re-vamped master league he spent many hours working on.

New in this file is:

-Completed appearences and stats for Sunderland, West Ham & Stoke.
-All new transfers such as Wayne Bridge, Zoran Tosic, Ben Sahar and more.
-New emblem for Hull City.
-Revised many stats.
-Updated National Team squads.

And more…

-Adjusted all Supporters Colours for better realism for all Unlicensed/Edited Teams

-Restructured Master league Player Database.. (will require you restart Master League & BAL Modes)
-Fixed a bug were certain U21/U23 players insist on high wages in master league..
-Allocated High wage demands to the top 100 earners around Europe, and some rising stars value increased (adds realism)

-Updated many appearances for England League clubs and various other clubs.. (Credit to Joey H for some of the work)

-Player Database Structure Completely reworked, for the Ultimate Master League Experience
-Classic Players moved to edited National slots, to keep the classic team format (they can no longer be bought in the master league, but can be played in classic team format)
-Classic teams now with new retro kits, line ups and formations.
-Old Classic Players overwritten with under 21/23 players (credit to Konami Rules for U21/U23 Player Structure)
-Retired/Classic Shop players Overwritten with many new players from around the world (credit to Konami Rules, PES Upgrade & hammer 80′s papadimi option file for some of the players)
-Many new players created and added to free agents including young and old.
-Reviewed Stadium Names and allocation to all teams (credit to JoeyH for some of the work)
-Tweaked some kits… National and Club… Wales now have the 08/09 official kit..

-Added Hertha Berlin including players, appearances, Kits & line up’s (Replaced Old Bate Borisov [Previously Boca Juniours])
-Tweaked All unlicensed National Kits and some club kits to make them look more accurate.
-Updated transfers for Greek teams, including missing players (credit to hammer 80′s papadimi option file).
-Stats tweaked for 1 or 2 English league Players, such as Arsenal, Hull City, Liverpool, etc.

-All Goalkeepers have long sleeves as default
-Updated Boots (similar boots as to that of the PES2008 option file)
-Added many players to free agents, ie Boca, River Plate, internacional, etc
-Some Missing Players Created…
-Some appearances updated
-PES Shop Unlocked with 1000 PES Points.. (PSP & PS2)
