– and copy 8574.cpk file to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2019\download\
– select DLC in DpFileList Generator (by Baris or MjTs)
– add .cpk as last checked and generate new DpFileList.

does anyone know how to install it? cause normally it is in cpk file but this one has several file types.
