FMDL Tool by Juce For Pro Evolution Soccer 2019
– adds “sk_prop” bone weights and bone group information to the model.
This script can be used to fix the problem with many converted trophies, where they are not oriented/animated properly during celebration scenes. It is caused by the lack of bone information in the model. So fmdl_skel.py tool adds a single “sk_prop” bone and assigns bone weights to all vertices of the model. Multi-mesh models are supported too.
