– Extract the archive (2.2 MB) and copy “45320.cpk” file to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\download\
– Open and select DLC in DpFileList Generator
– Add 45320.cpk as last checked, generate new DpFileList.
