– Extract the archive (4.0 MB) and copy “Lamela.cpk” file to:
Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2019\download\
– Open and select DLC in DpFileList Generator
– Add ‘Lamela.cpk’ as last checked, generate new DpFileList.
