It’s compatible with Smoke Patch but you can use it also with original game and others patches if you change the id of the players created in the Smoke Patch.

This is a big collection of the best faces and tattoos of the best facemakers that I have found on the internet. I thank all the facemakers, there are so many and I have a hard time naming them all.
