With this tool, you can relink national flags for leagues in team selection mode.
It’s compatible only with Reloaded NoDvd 1.0 and 1.01
Flags are in unnamed_1359.bin in dt06.img
HOW TO USE :
1 – Load your exe (File => Load Exe)
2 – Relink the flag to your league and press Apply
3 – Save your exe (File => Save Exe)
