Need Help in Editing PES 2011

Hello everybody, I am new in this wonderful forum and would lik to ask for help in editing my pes 2011 pc game.
I have edited a lot, but I still don't know how to change the name of locations (such as changing the name "asia & oceania" to "africa" and the reverse. ) or changing a cup competition name (such as "asian cup" to "copa america" or "Golden Cup" (Copa de Oro)".
My only problem is editing the text or names. I already switched the" AFC Asian Cup" to "Copa America" : teams, palyers, kits..etc. But when I play the game instead of hearing the name of brasil or colombia for example I hear the name of japon or australia .
I switched "Asian Cup" to "Copa America" simply beacuse I wanna have 4 groups. It's better than the "knockout system".
I heard about "hex, zlib, unzlib...etc"! and I even downloaded some Hex programs but I don't know where to start.
So , please help me to solve this problem. Looking forward for your help and replies, I would like to thank all of you in advance.
