Bit overwhelming

Hi, I've been a fan of PES since before it was even referred to as PES over here in the states. Of course, I've only just now looked into the PC scene in terms of PES, so looking for mods/patches has been a bit overwhelming. I'm mostly looking for roster/transfer updates as well as league/cup/team name patches. Surely the latter has been dished out early on, so people probably buried those underneath other mods to help keep the game fresh, but I haven't been able to find them. I could rename everything myself but that would take a great deal of work.

Nothing much to say about me as I'm a mediocre PES player and even so, I never play online. Just not my thing. I'm more of a 'OH MY GOD, I JUST WON THE UEFA AND WILL NOW CELEBRATE ALONE IN MY ROOM WITHOUT ANYONE KNOWING' kind of person. Offline guy. Anyway, if you could point me in the direction of the patches/saves/mods that I'm looking for, I'd be grateful. Wanna know anything else, just ask.
