PES 2012 freeze after press any key screen

hi to all..i need help,
after installation pes2012 i pass avatar screen, but when it came to press any key screen after i press enter the circle i down left side after 3 sec stop moving and that is all.in task menager say pes 2012 not responding.
i was searching on google and tryed everything..patch 1.0 not fixed this,patch1.1 too,then different crack files still nothing.graphic adapter driver updated,then i tryed to install pes 2011 and same thing happen.

If someone know solution please help me.i am using win 7 32bit,
sys.conf.
amd sempron 140 2.71ghz
3 gb ram
ati radeon hd 5450 1gb

i find temporary solution.Before opening pes 2012.exe i need to disable internet conection then everything work perfect.i can not play online but that is not problem for me..
