substitution cut-scenes/animation always enable

hi.. i just wondering..can anyone make a tool or patch that could always enable the cut-scenes animation for substitution/coach in the game?
'cause i have change all the club's coach/manager to their real face..i wanna see their face all the time when made a substitution even we didn't made a score yet..
i know the animation/scenes available only when we are the winner in the game..when we wants some substitution, the animation of the substituted player and the coach appear on the game..
so the point is.. is it possible to make the substitution scenes always enable? even each team doesn't made a score at all..
