Xbox 360 updates for the transfer for per 2012

I am really surprised that the game came out few days ago, and the transfers are still way behind, especially in Serie A championship....and the Champions League (officially represented), has the various groups that are not even correct!

Can someone tell me if there is any patch for the xbox360 for per 2012 that i can download to update the game?

I started to modify players and teams but is a pretty daunting task, plus i have no clue about many things, included how to take these modified data and send it here....any tutorial would be really appreciated!

I am available to help with the mods, if anyone wanna participate and tells me what and how to do it :)
