[ASK] inserting patch to a wineskined pes

as the title suggest, im looking for a way to updating my pes 2011.
my pes is a wrapped up by wineskin (originally, its pes frm xbox 360), so i reallly ddnt know jack abt it

so my question is, can i update my pes w/ a patch?
if it can, wld somebody tell me how?

and im having trouble w/ the sound. can't hear the ball kicked, ref's whistle, and there's no sound effect whn im scrolling the menus.

can someone tell me wht i shld do?

btw, i play it using mac.
