the method of making the face :
at first we choose our BIN file then we make our Template and then i make my first blender edit using UV Map , i make a screen after that and make a comparison between the pic. and screen , i make my second edit in blender , we make a real eyes for the face , we put last face fix and at last we make the preview

NOTE : 2.57 G space need to exctraxt the tutorial
