Combine Patches with Data Editor and dt01.img

Well I am using Pes-Edit.com 0.5 patch, and I think its the better patch at the moment. However, I like to play the master league with Chelsea, and the D2 of the pacth for now, is Bundesliga. I've downloaded the UK patch with the NPOWER Championship teams, and I want to know if is there a way to "import" the NPOWER Championship to my current PES 2011 without having to install another pacth only using the PES 2011 Data Editor wich can import and export players and teams through .csv files.

I've managed to create .csv files for the two pacthes but the whole thing still seems complicated to me. Anyone can help me?

By the way, the AFS map shows that there is Brazil anthem on the dt01.img but this anthem is not played in game. If I put the anthem on the dt01.img it will play in game?
