How to make a patch?

I don't have the game yet, but I really want to make a PES 2011 patch for Xbox 360. The patch should/will include the following updates:

Squad updates for all clubs

FULL licensing for English Premier League, La Liga, and Serie A

Corrected player names, kits, and emblems for ALL unlicensed national teams (except for unlicenced Asian national teams)

Changing the PES League to the Bundesliga

Changing the D2 League to MLS

Real adboards for English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and MLS

Can someone please kindly leave me a step-by-step method of how to make a PES 2011 patch for the Xbox 360? It would be greatly appreciated.
