Help to insert language in ps3

Hi,

I'm trying to insert one language pack to PES 2011 in my PS3. However, I don't know how to do that...

I can I "comunicate" with my PS3 hard disk? Is there any special cable, just usb? Or should I take off my ps3 disk and use it as a external drive?

Any help would be much appreciate.
