You need PES Ultimate Data Explorer 2.8.6

It´s easy. For instance lets import face and hair for Cristiano Ronaldo.

- Start PES Ultimate Data Explorer
- Open file dt0c.img from your PES 2013 Demo / img folder
- Now we are going to import Faces and Hair
Face
Search for file unnamed_899 and right click on it.
Select Import Binary and browse for the bin file ( face ) you are going to import.
Hair
Search for file unnamed_4974 and right click on it.
Select Import Binary and browse for the bin file ( hair ) you are going to import.
Finally click on Save icon ( or Control + S ) and ready.

how can i transfer to xbox i have pes 2013 and a usb stick... and i really want to create the legend ronaldo.
